Never Met a Zombi I Didn’t Like…

HASSELBECK’S Meltdown on THE VIEW!

In case you heard about it and wanted to take a look, here’s another priceless moment on the ABC gabfest The VIEW. On Tuesday, Right Wing know-it-all, ELISABETH HASSELBECK, imploded on live TV when asked to explain her unwavering support of the HIGHLY unqualified Vice Presidential candidate, SARAH PALIN. After watching the show since its inception, I’m really starting to think HASSELBECK is a highly unstable human being, as she clearly has no ability to come to the center of any issue. On a daily basis she literally comes across like a puppet spewing divisive rants as if SEAN HANNITY were pulling her strings. It’s become quite PATHETIC! Take a LOOK - It’s just that good!

TRAILER TO REVOLUTIONARY ROAD

This film directed by Sam Mendes (American Beauty) reunites Leonardo DeCaprio and Kate Winslet, who made a little more than a splash together in TITANIC back in 1997. I didn’t really know what to expect before I saw this trailer, but I really like what I see and think this is a relative story to the human experience. It hits theaters Dec 26, 2008.  Take a LOOK!

FRINGE gets Vote of Confidence, DEXTER gaining popularity, SCORSESE and DENIRO together again and WATCHMEN has an official running time!

Fox has given a full season pickup to JJ Abrams new program, FRINGE, as it will now have a first season of 22 episodes. After the first four episodes, the show has averaged 10.7 million viewers. This is the second program so far to get a full season pickup. The other was 90210 on the CW network.

Showtime’s, DEXTER, received its best ratings ever airing on the pay cable channel as it pulled in 1.2 million viewers Sunday night. There’s no doubt

the terrific program’s profile has been raised ever since CBS bought the rights to air its second season earlier this year when they needed programming to fill the void created by the writers strike. As they say, CREAM always rises to the top!

Good news out of Variety. According to the trade, Director Martin Scorsese and Robert Deniro will go down the organized crime road once again in a film based on the novel “I Heard You Paint Houses”. Deniro will play Frank “the Irishman” Sheeran, a man who is believed to have carried out 25 mob hits and might have had involvement in the murder of Jimmy Hoffa. It would be GREAT if the two titans of cinema have one more GOODFELLA’S type of film in them since that movie is one of the greatest ever made. Steven Zallian (Schindlers List, Gangs of New York) is writing the script.

According to reports Warner Bros highly anticipated WATCHMEN, which will hit theaters next March, clocks in at a running time of 2 hours and 43 minutes. On Tuesday, the studio showed 25 minutes of footage to invited press and the reaction appears to be a positive one. If internet BUZZ is any indication, this film could be HUGE!
