George Romero’s Dawn of the Dead – The Gone with the Wind of horror
It’s no secret that I regard George Romero’s 1978 film, Dawn of the Dead, as one of the most fascinating movies ever made. It should be a staple for your Halloween movie viewing. Right from the get-go Romero expertly establishes an overwhelming sense of dread.
